I am posting this in all of the forums here. I am also hereby declaring that by posting anything dated after the time stamp of this post that you have read and acknowledged this.
When you all registered, you acknowledged clearly and knowingly that you have read the posts on the rules and regulations within this forum. They are hard to miss -- huge bold letters that say "Read Before Posting".
I feel I need to post this as a reminder that I am NOT the developer. I volunteered these forums because I care for many developers of the FS community, and that DOES include Ariane. As a customer myself I saw the need for them to have a forum of the sorts to further expand the ability for their customers to get technical assistance not only from Ariane -- but from their peers as well.
Part of my agreement with Ariane is that this is STRICTLY for technical support. If you are having bugs or technical issues, please post them here. BUT if you have ACCOUNT issues, do NOT post them here. I will not allow any account related issues on these pages. This is for technical support for legal and licensed Ariane product only.
We are all mature in the FS community -- or so I would hope. I know we are smart enough to read rules before using a forum. Aviation is understood by us -- before you fly you study the rules of flight, THEN upon proving you understand those rules you get your license to fly.
I am going to now start treating this forum the same way. By registering, you have acknowledged that this is a tech support forum and not a gathering place for a flame war to dispute any personal issues (whether you think you have a right to air them or not) with Ariane. As with the FAA overseeing a pilot, failure to follow these rules will result in immediate locking of your account. As with a suspension of your license to fly in the real world for not following the rules, your right to post will be suspended here.
I like being a nice guy. I really do. I love helping others, but there are limits. All I ask is that you respect the rules of this forum and I will HAPPILY do my absolute best to assist you in EVERY way I possibly can as a peer and tech geek.

arianestudios@aol.com I will personally vouch that they DO respond. Maybe not immediately, but they DO respond. If they don't, then spam issues are happening somewhere -- and maybe as an alternative you can send them a PM here n the forum (Username is Ariane) to see if they received your email.
I will also be immediately deleting any posts with talk of legal action, account issues or order issues. That is not the purpose or department of these forums as I have created them for you.
Arianes Support is very good and they want to help you so if you do not get through then post a PM here and they WILL respond. They always have and I do not see that changing.
